Cabinet to approve BDL appointments on Thursday-sources to LBCI

Sources told LBCI on Tuesday that the Cabinet session set to be held on Thursday will include the appointment of 4 deputies for the Banque Du Liban governor, a chairman and 5 members for BDL’s Banking Control Committee and three members for the Capital Markets Authority.

This as the finance minister would later name a state commissioner to the central bank and a state commissioner to the Control Commission.

The sources added that appointments will be approved during Thursday’s Cabinet session.
