Ghosn: we reject the increase on indirect taxes

The Head of the General Labor Confederation Ghassan Ghosn denounced on Wednesday the increase on the indirect taxes which mainly targets citizens with limited incomes.

Ghosn warned from taking any steps forward in this regard declaring his willingness to confront this policy with demonstrations.

In this context, Ghosn asked for reconsidering the taxing system.

“The right to education has become a market where people are trading educational fees”, Ghosn concluded.
