Public Works Minister Ali Hamieh confirmed on Sunday that "communication with Syria focuses on resolving the transit issue," revealing that "he was officially assigned to communicate with Syria, Jordan, Turkey and Iraq, about reviewing transit fees."
"A meeting will be held with the Syrian-Lebanese Higher Council in Syria in order to discuss the transportation between both countries and find required solutions," the minister stated.
