Mawlawi signs new decree, confirms dates of Lebanese parliamentary elections

Minister of Interior Bassam Mawlawi signed on Monday a decree inviting the electoral bodies to elect members of the Parliament according to the following dates:

- Sunday, May 15, 2022 for the Lebanese residing in Lebanon
- Thursday, May 12, 2022, for the employees who will participate in the electoral process
- Friday, May 6, 2022, or Sunday, May 8, 2022, for the Lebanese residing abroad, according to the official holiday in the countries in which voting will take place.
