Deputy Estephan Douaihy said on Saturday that what is happening in Syria is a struggle over the country and pointed out that the situation might last for some more time.
Douaihy asked the Lebanese not to interfere in order to refrain from pushing Lebanon into the crisis.
Talking to LBCI during Nharkom Said Douaihy said that the death of 17 Lebanese citizens in Syria was no surprise, and added that it is difficult to control the borders by the Lebanese state.
Regarding the case of Former Minister Michel Samaha, Douaihy called for waiting for the results of the investigations and letting justice take its course away from any political intervention.
