Gemayel: Whether you vote or no in parliamentary elections, you will bear their results

Head of the Lebanese Kataeb Party Sami Gemayel refuted on Wednesday all accusations that the opposition is divided, addressing the Lebanese, especially the young among them, by saying: "If you participate or no in the parliamentary elections, you will bear the results of the polls."

He also noted that there are many attempts to despair the Lebanese and to push them not to head to the polling stations, such as declarations that doubt the elections will take place, or say that nothing will change or that the opposition is divided.

“Talks that the opposition is divided and there is no alternative are incorrect,” he added.

“In all constituencies there is one or two serious opposition lists, and we call on people to vote for the opposition,” he stressed.

On another note, Gemayel considered that "everyone who participated in governments, gave them the vote of confidence, voted for the President of the Republic, handed over the country to Hezbollah, renewed the mandate of Governor of the Banque du Liban Riad Salameh, and everyone who participated in this era is responsible for what we have reached."
