Mikati calls for swift selection of new PM, formation of a new government

Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati stressed on Friday that the agreement with the International Monetary Fund is the roadmap towards the available solutions for Lebanon.

“Each delay in dealing and implementing will deepen the crisis even more,” Mikati said during the graduation ceremony of Al-Azm University students.

On another note, Mikati called everyone to expedite the selection of a new prime minister and to provide all facilities to form the new government, “as the luxury of time is no longer available.”
