Families of Beirut Port explosion case arrestees stage sit-in-[VIDEO]

Families of those detained in the Beirut port explosion case staged a sit-in outside the Palace of Justice in Beirut on Thursday, demanding that investigations be expedited in order to try the guilty and release the innocent.

It is worth noting that the number of detainees has risen to 17 since the start of the investigations in this dossier.

According to information obtained by LBCI, the families met prior to the sit-in with Judge Souhail Abboud, and after the sit-in, they will meet with caretaker Minister of Justice Henri Khoury.
