Abu Faour urges Lebanese not seek revenge against Syrians

Social Affairs Minister Wael Abu Faour stressed during his visit to Rachaya District on Saturday that the Lebanese government must aid and protect the Syrian refugees in Lebanon, revealing that new humanitarian aid will be provided with the beginning of the New Year.

Abu Faour tackled as well the issue of the displaced Palestinian refugees who had to leave Syria and headed to Lebanon.

The minister stressed that "the Lebanese people should not seek revenge against the Syrians or Palestinians who were obliged to come to Lebanon."

On the dialogue initiative the National Struggle Front leader Walid Jumblatt has launched, Abou Faour said that a new round of communications will kick off starting next week.
