Audi hopes for electing a president who has vision, seeks to save

Metropolitan bishop of the Greek Orthodox Church of Antioch for the Archdiocese of Beirut Elias Audi hoped on Sunday for the election of a President of the Republic and without delay, someone who have a vision and a program of work, who was credible, and sought to save the remains of this country.

During his Sunday sermon, he indicated that what the country has reached is a result of lack of faith, lack of love, and the tyranny of selfishness and interest, noting that it destroys humanity in the human heart and ends mercy and sympathy, so personal interest overcomes everything, and exploitation and monopoly arise.
