Body of a Lebanese man brought in from Israel into Lebanon

The International Committee of the Red Cross [ICRC], transported through the Nakoura border gate the body of Lebanese citizen Abdullah Daamous [48 years] who passed away inside an Israeli prison.

The body was delivered to the Daamous family via the Lebanese Red Cross in Rashayya el-Fokhar.

Daamous was taken as a prisoner during Israel’s withdrawal from South Lebanon in the year 2000.
