Israel beefs up surveillance along Lebanese border

Israeli forces beefed up its military presence along the joint borders with Lebanon and increased surveillance, espionage and tapping measures.

The National News Agency Correspondent said that the Israeli forces installed more espionage equipment and created new surveillance points along the southern borders.

Close circuit video cameras were also seen being installed over the gates separating the Lebanese-Israeli borders.Some of these cameras were aimed at Lebanese houses and roads.

In a related event, Israeli military planes executed intensive flights Thursday morning over villages and towns in Tyre.
