Jaber to LBCI: Orthodox Gathering draft law is not the best choice

In an interview with LBCI’s Nharkom Said TV Show, Development and Liberation bloc MP Yassin Jaber said that the electoral law proposed by the Orthodox Gathering is not the best choice, stressing that his parliamentary bloc understands the Christians’ concerns and therefore will not hinder the ratification of this law.

Jaber then added that if an alternative were not found, the Development and Liberation bloc will vote in favor of the Orthodox Gathering proposal.

In this context, Jaber urged all political parties to adopt moderate political rhetoric.
