Public institutions and municipalities to close on the 14th of February

PM Najib Mikati announced on Friday that all public administrations and public institutions, including municipalities will be closing their doors on the 14th of February 2013 for the 8th anniversary of the assassination of Former PM Rafik Hariri and his companions.
