Introduction to the evening news 08-02-2013

The long-awaited powership Fatmagul Sultan sailed from Turkey and is expected to arrive in Lebanon within two days.

Fatmagul is a power-generating ship that will supply Lebanon with 270MW for 3 years, which will help reduce the power shortage that all the Lebanese complain about.

This as, Arsal remained the most talked about topic while the Army Intelligence revealed to LBCI new information regarding the incident’s circumstances.

Meanwhile, the parliamentary sub-committee tasked to discuss electoral law proposals created an undeclared truce between political parties when it suspended its work.

The war of discussions will resume on Monday.
