NSSF announces new taxes on medical consultations

The administration of the National Social Security Fund issued a reminder memo to all beneficiaries regarding new medical consultation taxes outside hospitals adopted by the Fund.

The tariffs are as follows:

General practitioner: 33 000 LBP
Medical specialist: 50 000 LBP

The administration called on citizens to report any violations of this code by filing a complaint in the Fund's headquarters or on the following website: www.cnss.gov.lb
