Lebanon expresses concern over Iranian president's helicopter accident: MoFA

Lebanon's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Sunday that it is closely monitoring with "great concern" the reports about the helicopter incident that was carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and the accompanying delegation.

The ministry expresses its sympathy with the government and people of Iran "during this difficult time" and hopes for the safety and safe return of the Iranian president and his companions.
