Lebanon's FM condemns Israeli strike, vows to file complaint with Security Council: Statement to LBCI

Caretaker Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdallah Bou Habib condemned the Israeli strike on the southern suburbs of Beirut, affirming that "we will file a complaint with the Security Council against Israel."

In a statement to LBCI, Minister Bou Habib urged Hezbollah to ensure that the response to Israel is "proportional."
