Elderly woman evacuated from Bani Haiyyan amid reports of Israeli demolitions

The Lebanese Red Cross evacuated an elderly woman from the town of Bani Haiyyan in southern Lebanon after contact with her had been lost in recent days.

Reports indicate that Israeli forces had removed her from her home and detonated several surrounding houses.

Meanwhile, the outskirts of the town of Hanine were targeted with five artillery shells, coinciding with the demolition of several houses.
