MP Mohammad al-Hajjar: The Future bloc calls for a consensual electoral law

Future bloc MP Mohammad al-Hajjar stressed on Saturday that his bloc is adamant on adopting a consensual electoral law, noting that the participation of the Future bloc in the Parliament's general authority session  aimed at holding the upcoming elections and avoiding to consider Lebanon as a 'failed State'.

In an interview with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV Show, MP al-Hajjar said that the Future bloc is keen on adopting a hybrid law based on the proportional law and the majoritarian system, adding that it is better for the Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam to expedite the formation of the government.
