Israeli drone strike targets vehicle near Lebanese Army checkpoint in Beit Yahoun

An Israeli drone strike on Sunday targeted a “Rapid”-type vehicle near a Lebanese Army checkpoint in the town of Beit Yahoun, in the Bint Jbeil district of southern Lebanon.

In a statement posted on X, the Lebanese Army confirmed that one of its soldiers sustained moderate injuries as a result of the attack, which directly struck the vehicle near the checkpoint.

The Lebanese Health Ministry reported that the strike wounded two people, including a Lebanese Army soldier.
