REPORT: Berri to hold intensive bilateral consultations with political parties

House Speaker Nabih Berri said on Wednesday that he will be holding intensive bilateral consultations with political parties to reach a common stance regarding the electoral law and to set a date for holding the upcoming Parliamentary subcommittee's session.

On another note, deputies quoted Speaker Berri as saying that "it was important to form a national unity cabinet."

This as Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc MP Ali Fayyad told LBCI that "the demands of Hezbollah are not impossible", adding that the party separates between the formation of a cabinet and the ratification of a new electoral law.
