MP Kanaan: Municipal revenues to be distributed as per followed norms

Change and Reform bloc MP Ibrahim Kanaan called on the Ministry of Finance to avoid further delay in paying the municipal revenues due to the presence of projects that must be implemented, mainly in the Metn region.

MP Kanaan's remarks came during a press conference in which he told reporters that the distribution of municipal revenues must follow certain norms which until now have not been respected.

He also reiterated the necessity of each municipality to receive its rights in the municipal revenues.
