LBCI exclusive: Lebanese Army Commander cancels Washington trip after official meetings called off

Exclusive sources told LBCI that the Lebanese Army Commander, Rodolph Haykal, has canceled his planned trip to Washington after all official meetings scheduled in the U.S. capital were called off.

According to the sources, the army does not act independently in such matters, but rather follows decisions made by the political authorities.
