Government commissioner to the Military Court Judge Sakr Sakr filed a lawsuit on Friday against 9 persons from Lebanese, Syrian, and Palestinian nationalities on charges of belonging to an armed organization, performing acts of terrorism, kidnapping people and terrorism by force of arms.
The lawsuit was also raised on charges of preparing explosive devices and transporting them from the Miyeh w Miyeh and Khaldeh refugee camps to Lebanon's Bekaa.
Judge Sakr referred the file to the First Military Investigative Magistrate Riad Abu Ghida.
