MP Zahra to LBCI: FPM MPs are using "heinous" expressions

Lebanese Forces bloc MP Antoine Zahra stressed on Thursday that Free Patriotic Movement MPs "are using heinous expressions", pointing out that Change and Reform bloc MP Ziad Aswad is not entitled to question the Christianity of Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea.

In an interview with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV Show, MP Zahra stressed that "the LF bloc did not abandon the Orthodox Gathering draft law that was initially suggested by Geagea" but proposed however another law since the said law "stood little chance of being adopted".

MP Zahra added that Bkerke called for reaching a consensual law, noting that Speaker Nabih Berri had suggested the hybrid draft law which was agreed upon.
