Sagesse Committee: The team is not for sale

        
Members of the Administrative Committee at the Sagesse Club said that they don't have any conflict with any party, calling on those "who consider that this club has committed legal mistake to raise a complaint against it".           

During a press conference held on Wednesday, the members of the committee said that the Sagesse Club is abiding by the rules and regulations, stressing that the team is not for sale.            

The committee reiterated its support to the coach of the club, Fouad Abou Chakra who in turn said that he is embracing the team and keeping it away from the line of conflicts.    

President of the Sagesse club, Elie Mchantaf submitted his resignation in April citing internal political ramblings in the clubs internal affairs as the cause behind his move.               

In this context, Mchantaf stressed that numerous problems and political interventions prompted his resignation, and said: “My resignation paves the way for the concerned persons to correct their mistakes after infiltrating sports with politics”.
