Israeli army claims Hezbollah has taken control of Qouzah village in South Lebanon

The Israeli army claimed it had uncovered what it described as “dangerous information” indicating that Hezbollah had taken control of the village of Qouzah in southern Lebanon.

According to the Israeli army, Hezbollah has been using the village to launch rockets, missiles, and anti-tank projectiles toward Israeli forces and Israeli territory.

The Israeli army also alleged that it had recently observed deliberate attempts by Hezbollah to position itself inside Christian villages in southern Lebanon and operate from within them, believing this would provide protection from Israeli strikes.

It added that this was not the first time it had accused Hezbollah of using villages and civilian facilities in southern Lebanon for military purposes.
