Rifi to LBCI: Citizens of Tripoli are protecting themselves

Former Director of the Internal Security Forces Major General Ashraf Rifi said on Saturday that efforts are being exerted in order to ceasefire in Tripoli and deploy the Lebanese Armed Forces in the city.

Rifi told LBCI during Nahrkom Said that the events in Tripoli are related to the Syrian clashes adding that the citizens of Tripoli are defending themselves.
