Hezbollah says Israeli forces facing difficulty around Beaufort Castle area

Hezbollah said that Israeli forces have been facing significant difficulty since dawn on Sunday in establishing their positions around the area of Beaufort Castle.

In a statement, the group said Israeli troops are deployed at the base of the site, while the castle itself is devoid of any military presence from its fighters.

Hezbollah added that Israel had sought to create ‘’an image of a decisive victory’’ aimed at reassuring residents of northern Israel, saying the focus of this effort was Beaufort Castle.
