Lebanese forces reopen Dibbine road as Israeli troops withdraw from area

A Lebanese army unit removed earth berms on the Dibbine road that had been placed by the Israeli military and reopened the Marjayoun–Dibbine–Ebel el Saqi road, coinciding with the Israeli withdrawal from the Dibbine area.

Troops deployed in Dibbine were carrying weapons, contrary to circulating claims.

An image circulating online showing soldiers without weapons, however, belongs to an engineering unit member assisting the team in clearing and reopening the road.
