President Sleiman signs ranks and salaries series, refers it to Parliament

Lebanese President Michel Sleiman signed on Friday the draft law pertaining to the ranks and salaries series, subsequently referring it to the Parliament for discussion.

On the other hand, Sleiman met with MP Imad al-Hout with talks featuring high on the current political situation in the country.

Separately, Sleiman received former Minister Michel Edde and tackled with him the work of his foundation in terms of the Lebanese expatriates.

The president also met with the head of the Council of State Judge Shekri Sader who briefed him on the council’s work amid the current situation.
