This is the touching story of a woman who married her soulmate just two days before she died in a hospital bed.
Dawn Jackson found out that was suffering from cancer in her liver, spleen and bowel after her unborn child died in her womb, and she passed away after only 18 days.
Her relatives and loved one gathered around her in her final days in order to organize a wedding for her and her loving fiancé Dean.
Dean, from Blackpool, Lancs, said that they were shocked when they were informed of the diagnosis, adding that everything happened very quickly and her health deteriorated rapidly.
"I wanted to make her happy and comfortable so I proposed, she'd always wanted to get married.
Dean, who works as a bus driver, will now have to raise children 4-year-olds Joshua and Aydia, and one-year-old Karla, on his own.
The couple met eight years ago and were thrilled to find out they were expecting their third child together.
Tragedy struck however in March when, at eight months pregnant, Dawn began experiencing serious abdominal pains.
Having been rushed to hospital for a check-up, a routine scan found no heartbeat for her baby.
She was then forced to give birth to a lifeless baby girl.
After the stillbirth, Dawn had suffered a series of health problems, from coughing and being unable to keep food down and losing five stone in weight.
But further examinations found a mass on Dawn's liver and one month after the couple had buried their baby girl, she was told she had terminal liver cancer that had spread to her bowel and spleen.
Dawn died in the early hours on May 4, with her husband at her bedside.
