After the phenomenon of the Mannequin Challenge that took over social media platforms, a new trend has taken over the outlets, where challengers hold a pose while being filmed or photographed.
Using the hashtag #BackPackChallenge, teenagers have filmed themselves taking on the challenge in school corridors and on playing fields.
The volunteer runs down a narrow gauntlet manned on each side by their bag-wielding pals. As they pass, they are hit with the book-heavy satchels, sending many of the brave participants crashing to the floor.
