The perfect mash-up of a main meal and dessert has been invented and it’s called Nutella pasta.
The chefs at Aussie eatery Carosello in Victoria went poking around for ingredients and came up with the dish.
They posted on the restaurant’s Instagram page a photo of their creation, with the caption: “Did someone say, 'Nutella Pasta'?⠀ ⠀ You may of heard the news already, but we're here to confirm it!⠀ ⠀ In celebration of 'World Pasta Day' on October the 25th, we're releasing a limited edition Nutella pasta.⠀ ⠀ It features chocolate pasta, covered in a Nutella sauce spiked with Frangelico; it’s dusted with white chocolate ‘parmesan’ and topped with raspberries, almond flakes and mint.⠀ ⠀ Only available between the 24th and 29th of October.”

To make it you'd have to infuse fresh tagliatelle with cocoa, smother it in more chocolatey spread and top it all off with a nut liqueur called Frangelico.
Then garnish it with raspberries, mint, almonds and dust - what else? - with white chocolate. It's so sexy sounding, it's like it's going to sashay into your life and never leave.
