Cheyef 7alak wins gold at Effie Awards
Over the weekend, Gemas Effie MENA Awards, one of the most anticipated events in the business world and in the Middle East, was held in Dubai. The event was dedicated to reward the finest marketing ideas for 2011.

After weeks of rigorous judging, well over 1,000 experts from different sectors representing brands and marketing agencies attended Gemas Effie Mena 2011 organized by Gulf Marketing Review magazine published by Mediaquest.  

The bronze, silver and golden medals for 13 categories were announced, as was the top Effie award winner. LBCI’s Cheyef 7alak won the Gold Effie for best use of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

A panel of regional and international marketing experts who assessed the feedback of marketing campaigns shown in one or more country in the MENA region chose the winners.
