Putin orders continuation of Russian offensive after seizure of Lugansk

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered on Monday the Russian forces to continue their attack east of Ukraine after controlling of all Lugansk region.

"Military troops must carry out their mission according to previously approved plans," Putin said to Minister Sergei Shoigu during a meeting.
