Putin says Russia will stop gas and oil shipments if price ceilings set-[REPORT]

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on Wednesday that Russia will stop shipments of gas and oil to countries that set price ceilings, denying that his country is using energy as a "weapon" against Europe.

"We will not send anything at all if it conflicts with our interests, our (economic) interests. In this case, no gas, no oil, no coal, no fuel oil, nothing," he said.
