The Israeli army announces the liberation of a female soldier hostage from the Gaza Strip

The Israeli military announced on Monday the liberation of a female soldier who had been among the hostages held by the Hamas movement in the Gaza Strip since October 7.

In a statement, the army said, "Last night, the soldier, Ori Megidish, was released during the ground operation carried out by the army in the region."
