Houthis: Iranian attack on Israel is justified

The Yemeni Houthi movement stated on Sunday that the Iranian attack on Israel was a justified response to the suspected Israeli airstrike on the Iranian consulate in Damascus on April 1st.

A spokesperson for the Houthis added that the group has been directly confronting Israel since October 7th by attacking the port of Eilat in southern Israel with missiles and drones, and by preventing Israeli ships from sailing through the Red Sea.
