Israel's military confirms five soldiers killed in Gaza and Lebanon

Israel's military confirmed on Tuesday that four soldiers were killed in combat in northern Gaza, with one officer severely injured.

Separately, the military said another soldier died from wounds sustained in battle in southern Lebanon, bringing the total number of Israeli soldiers killed since October 2023 to 777.
