A mutant calf has been born with five legs - with one limb growing out of its BACK.
When the cow was born, the entire village in south-western China's Guizhou Province came out to see its extra limb.
It was considered a freak and at first, no farmers wanted to buy the animal because of the extra leg.
But kind-hearted Chen Mingguo took the calf in because he was "curious" and he says it is now a healthy and happy fully grown cow.
The extra limb hasn't developed as the beast has grown, amid fears it would die quickly.
The farmer said: "My friends said there was a freak cow. It was rare, thus I bought it. The cow is not a freak.
"The cow is one of a twin, the fifth leg is the other twin. The separation of the twins was incomplete. The probability of this deformation is just 0.03%."
