REPORT: President Sleiman halts Mikati's attempt to hold cabinet session

Prior to his departure to Johannesburg to represent Lebanon in Nelson Mandela's memorial on Tuesday, caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati suggested reviving cabinet sessions.

However, Lebanese President Michel Sleiman foiled his attempt in setting the agenda and holding a cabinet session.
