REPORT: KAFA calls for new civil law that protects Lebanese women

In its campaign to fight violence against women, KAFA (Enough) Violence & Exploitation Organization chose this year to call for a new civil law that grants the Lebanese women their rights.

 

In this context, KAFA deemed the current personal status laws in Lebanon as “harsh”.
