REPORT: Lebanon at Istanbul’s International Travel and Tourism Exhibition

The Eastern Mediterranean International Travel and Tourism Exhibition (EMITT) in Istanbul constitutes a venue for all those who are looking to increase the number of tourists flocking to their country.

The organizers of tourist tours and concerned authorities in each country engage in a cooperative relationship which benefits travelers and visitors on one hand and leads to the development of regions around the world on the other.

The presence of Lebanon’s public and private sectors in such an exhibition enlists our country among the countries which attract visitors through their cultural, civilizational and social diversity despite the crises that rip through them every now and then.

In this regard, Miss Lebanon 2012 Rina Chibani told LBCI that many people want to get to know Lebanon better, adding ”they ask very specific questions about our country.”
