Hundreds of anti-French protesters in Chad

Several hundred people protested on Saturda in N'Djamena against France’s presence in Chad, which they accuse of supporting the military junta in power, according to an AFP journalist.

According to the same source, protesters burned at least two flags of the former colonial power and destroyed several Total service stations, "symbol" of France, tearing off pumps and removing some merchandise on display.
