A man identified as Daniel Cooper was caught on CCTV naked and grinding against a blue 4x4 Land Rover Discovery parked outside a restaurant.

Cooper who is known for being a normal caring family man and a father-of-three told police officers that he had rarely drank and had no remembrance of dropping his trousers, but admitted the incident at Flintshire Magistrates’ Court.

Cooper also simulated sex with the counter of a kebab shop with his trousers around his ankles during a drunken night out with friends on August 18 in Holywell, north Wales.

Prosecutor John Wylde said that Cooper was seen as simulating the sex act against the corner of the counter, and added that he did the same to the Land Rover Discovery vehicle which was parked nearby.

Following these 2 incidents, Cooper was given a 3-month community order banning him from going outside between 7pm and 7am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

He was also ordered to pay £85.
