Chief of the Syrian National Council George Sabra told LBCI that the Syrian opposition did not take a final decision regarding its participation in the Geneva II peace conference, stressing that the said conference will not lead to a solution for Syria’s war.
Sabra added that "President Bashar Assad stepping down is not a precondition but one of the issues agreed upon in Geneva I."
