Syria is sending positive vibes to the Arab League
Deputy Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmad Bin Hali said that the league is receiving positive vibes from Syrian, which is leaning towards accepting the deployment of Arab observers, prior to the Arab ministerial meeting on Syria in Doha.

Bin Hali told AFP that the Arab League protocol will soon likely to be signed, but not on Saturday as the Syrian delegation will not attend the meeting. The Arab League announced that the meeting of the Arab committee in charge of the Syrian file will be held in Doha, rather than in Cairo.

On the other hand, the Arab ministerial meeting set on Saturday was postponed until further notice. 

In this regard, the Iraqi delegation to Syria to discuss the Iraqi mediation, which aims at ending the Syrian crisis, sources close to the Iraqi PM Nouri Maliki told AFP.
