Saudi prince AlWaleed bin Talal loses new court battle
Daad Sharab, a Jordanian businesswoman, won on Thursday the court battle against billionaire Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal.

Sharab accused him of abstaining from paying her commission for brokering the sale of a private jet to Libya's Colonel Gaddafi in 2006.

The British court issued its final and irreversible decision to confirm its verdict issued last July while the judge ordered the Saudi prince to pay the $10-million commission to Sharab in addition to interests and fees.

Judge Peter Smith had rejected the prince's evidence on all key points in the dispute, describing it in his written ruling as "confusing", "unreliable", "hopeless" and "pathetic".

In turn, the lawyer of Sharab accused AlWaleed bin Talal of "lying and fabricating stories," after that the prince claimed he already told Sharab that any commission would be paid "at his discretion".

It is worth noting that Saudi Prince al-Walid Bin Talal has been abstaining from paying the compensations owed to the 400 employees who were laid off from PAC around nineteen months ago.

PAC, a production company providing services for the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International (LBCI), urged the Ministry of Labor on March 21 to hold consultations pertaining the laying off 397 employees.
